Academic Experience:

Academic Director: Managing, coordinating, supervising, controlling, fulfillment and evaluating the academic and research activities in the Universidad Espíritu Santo, online study mode, as well as defining and proposing to the Directorate General the programs, projects, guidelines, strategies, objectives and goals for the proper operation and operation of the areas under its responsibility, according to the educational model, the mission, vision and institutional values. Achievements: In UEES, during the 9 years that I have worked I have been able to achieve the following goals: Increase in the number of students by 300%, decrease the dropout rate by 45%, increase by 50% the proposal of enterprises as part of their end of career process, increase 75% of the academic offer in areas of business, entrepreneurship, finance and business analytics. Increase the retention of personnel working in the area I lead by 80%. Strengthening the visualization of academic/business networking growth through the competition of local fairs. Publish academic articles in the areas of: Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial leadership, analysis of the quality of service in educational institutions.
